Bruce has taken delight in developing the potential of his colleagues to create the professional careers and lives which fulfil them.
Bruce has been a successful leader, manager and coach within ASX listed and global companies across five distinct sectors; education, health insurance, financial services, infrastructure and professional services, and within the community sector in his discretionary time.
In recent years Bruce has been coaching and mentoring CEOs and executives in a number of sectors to improve their effectiveness as leaders and managers of people
