My advisory services are based upon personal experience in driving business growth.
I use the proven methodology of “Now, Where, How” to build strategy and implementation plans that work.
CEO’s know their business inside out and their current results. What I call the Now. I ask them to share this as a starting point to plan for the future.
We work together to provide clarity to the owner’s aspiration for the future which includes a time frame and key outcomes. Typically this the Where they want to get to.
Next is How to get there. In partnership we identify all the key activities to bring about growth and success to fulfill the potential of the business.
My experience in guiding business leaders through the “Now, Where, How” methodology regularly creates direction and momentum by providing clarity on all three aspects. This clarity enables our partnership to focus on implementing the activities which will make the biggest difference and generate growth.
My “catch cry” is more is less, and less is more, so we partner to decide on the critical few things to do which will make the biggest difference. I know there are many elaborate and detailed strategic plans which sit untouched in the bottom draw. Our plans will be short, sharp and implementable within a predetermined time frame and responsibilities assigned. Our partnership will enable you to remain focused and motivated to maintain your business whilst you work on the critical few issues to generate future growth.
